Consultancies for Liberation

During these live consultancies, we will share how traditional work practices often rely on practices of dominance that result in inequitable outcomes, and how leaders can use the principles from our article, "How to Infuse Liberatory Principles into Talent Practices" to create more liberatory outcomes. Participants will have opportunity to bring their own challenges to workshop through a consultancy with our facilitator and other participants​.
